Despite the fact that the year was not easy due to the number of challenges that we all had to face in 2020: coronavirus, quarantine, economic and social consequences. We have been achieved a lot, and we have something to be proud of!
Over the past year we:
- learned to interact amicably and effectively in conditions of quarantine and remote work;
- together with partners, we have implemented several large projects;
- held several large-scale webinars for partners and clients;
- received the ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate "Quality Management Systems. Requirements", which confirmed the compliance of Smiddle with the main international standard;
- expanded our partner network in Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Pakistan;
- carried out a significant update of all our flagship products and made our customers happy with their new functionality.
We also developed and released new solutions:
Smiddle Voice ID is a software solution that allows you to recognize a subscriber in real-time mode based on the unique parameters of his voice,
Smiddle Voice Bot is a solution based on artificial intelligence, capable of perceiving and processing natural human speech, conducting a natural dialogue within a given algorithm
and created new add-on modules with which you can extend the base Smiddle products and get the most out of:
✓ Smiddle Speech Recognizer - translation of voice files into text and their processing
✓ Visual IVR - to visually provide personalized information to the client
✓ Smiddle Mass Message Distribution - for carrying out mass mailings of messages through the messenger and processing responses to them
✓ Smiddle Site Videocall - a communication Internet service based on WebRTC technology, which allows video identification of a client for further remote provision of services.
We created and even managed to test them.
