The Central Election Commission Ukraine

The Central Election Commission is a permanent collegial state body that operates on the basis of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On the Central Election Commission”, other laws of Ukraine and is empowered to organize the preparation and holding of elections of the President of Ukraine, People's Deputies of Ukraine, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, deputies of local councils and village, settlement, city mayors, all-Ukrainian and local referendums in the order and within the limits established by the laws of Ukraine.
