The system recognizes the interlocutor by his free speech, calmly "listening" to the caller / speaker and identifying him, without betraying himself.

Smiddle Voice ID is a relatively simple and economical way to solve a number of practical business problems. How does Smiddle Voice ID work?

In the process of communication between the operator and the client, the system in the background checks the identity of the caller, comparing his voice with a voice ingrprint, which is stored in the company database and gives the result of the verification in the form of a “credibility indicator”

The system implements a customizable “threshold of trust” - this is a certain percentage of compliance. The ability to customize “thresholds of trust” allows you to individually set the level of compliance for decision making in the system (“alien”, “unrecognized”, “one's”).

If the client is using the service for the first time or the company’s database does not yet have his voice mould, the client is defined as “Unrecognized” and the operator can add a voice recording to the existing client card or create a new client card already with a voice mould. The enrichment function allows you to update and complement an existing voice mould and in this way the problem of voice aging is solved.
