When a manager of a large company calls the potential customers, or a representative of the bank calls existing customers offering new services, a large number of clients do not answer the call the first time.

What happens later? The client notices the missed call, calls back to the number that has been displayed on his phone, and gets on to the secretary. The manager's internal number has not been registered and there is no redirection to it. The secretary does not know who has called the client. Quite an unpleasant situation, isn’t it?

The manager does not receive a call that has been addressed to him and could bring the sale, and the customer is annoyed that he has made a call "to nowhere" and should explain why he is calling.

Smiddle Smart Callback is a module that automatically routes a subscriber's call to the internal number of the employee, who called the subscriber before.

Thus, each customer’s call will be routed to the person to whom it is addressed, which will facilitate the prompt contact of the manager with the client and the achievement of your business goals.

Fixing of telephone numbers of subscribers

Smart Label also allows you to use the telephone directory to identify the subscriber by the telephone number. Thus, when a call comes from an external source to an internal number, the manager will see the name of the person who is calling them. You can use both a general database of the company contacts with open access for all, and a personal "phone book" for every employee whose contacts will be visible only to a specific manager. Smart Label is an optional Smiddle Smart Callback functionality that extends its capabilities.


A statistics block is available in the user interface. By using this block, you can track the total number of calls from employees and how many of them were routed in the opposite direction.
